This is the worst delivery experience I have ever had. I am writing this to make others aware of how appalling Yodel is. I don't think anyone at Yodel will care. My parcel was due today my husband was in the house and he didn't hear a knock Yodel said they tried to deliver but didn't leave a card, not following their procedure. Tried to have it redirected to a shop because I will be at work. The website won't allow me to do this and keeps sending me back to the help page. I spoke to someone wia webchat. The guy did his best but wasn't any good as they could not change the delivery address or get in touch with anyone else. He gave me a number for customer service but that redirected back to the webchat or online to change my details. You end up going round in circles. I can only think that my parcel is lost. Office shoes should rethink who they use for their deliveries.

Package arrived damaged and open. Glad I trusted them with expensive bag that I needed for travel the following day. Now forced to hit the high street to find something. Not a great service found the experience quite upsetting and frustrating. Not great Yodel...

Why do you not have human beings on the telephone I can have a talkative conversation with?? Instead of that its automated voice when you call the number or use webchat!!! I NEED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN PERSON OVER THE PHONE & JUST MAYBE MIGHT GET THE PROBLEM SOLVED!!! Im £49.99 down because of Yodel!!!

Having tried using the chat twice today to work out when the rescheduled delivery of my niece's birthday present would arrive - both chats ended with no answers from the agents and the automated phone call just told me to go back online and do what I'd already done. Rubbish. Another cheap and nasty company.

Van turned up, driver got out, went in back, a vehicle was behind as he was blocking the road who tooted, he got out of van, waved to driver, got in van and drove off, all when I was standing on the doorstep. Never even approached the house - App then said We are sorry you missed our delivery - LIars!! I have the whole thing on CCTV, the chat is useless, they cant even call the driver to get him to come back. This is not the first time , last time they lost my parcel ( funny that it was a case of wine). This companies drivers are a liability. Steer clear DO NOT USE

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Proof of non delivery by presenting photos of my front door.

Ordered a grey footstool from Debenhams.com on 07/09/23. Had tracking details that the item would be delivered on Monday 11/09/23 between 16:38 and 18:38. I was at home all day and the parcel didn't arrive. On checking the tracker, it said delivered. I contacted Yodel and they said that the parcel was delivered. To date I have not received the item. I sent an email to Debenhams and that returned as not delivered.

I received a message from Vinted with my chosen address to pick up from (across the road) went across to pick up they had no parcel for that scan code so got told me code invalid. Called yodel gave them code & address. After an hour on the phone of being fogged off saying it down to the manager of the shop. I went on line to track the parcel it was at a completely different address across town. Then tried live chat with Yodel & told them it was dropped at the wrong address. Instead of just apologising & saying they messed up they blame the seller & said they sent it to the wrong address. Luckily enough I had a friend that lives down that way & sent her the code. She luckily could explain the situation to the owner as she knows them as she didnt have my I.D but the asked her where it was supposed to be delivered as it had that address on but got left there by mistake.

i had a delivery from yodel on monday(JD000223****76226) you driver opened both my gates which had a notoce on then saying please keep closed as i have a 8 week old akita puppy i got him for my sons birthday costing my 700 pound 10 minutes after your driver went i went outside to bring my puppy back in but it wasnt there both gates were wide open i spent all monday loooking for the puppy and half of tuesday my son was with my searching for his puppy we found it squashed on the main road half a mile away my son just sceamed and was crying he hasnt eaten anything and wont speak to me now as he thinks i killed his puppy i have tried several times to contact you but cant speak to a human i sent you a email and got a reply saying contact some site which i did and was told it was nothing to do with them so i have made a appointment to speak to my solicitor on friday to sue you or the driver as i cant afford to buy my son another puppy you will lose the case and it will cost you a lot more than 700 pound as yo will have court costs /my solicitors fee /compensation plus the cost of the puppy so you can either pay me 700 pound or go to court the choice is your LET ME KNOW ASAP WHICH OPTION YOU WANT TO DO

Worst delivery company ever. Had 2 deliveries from them recently, both have been a hassle and I've ended up needing to collect them from the depot - actually the same distance from the store i purchased one from (heavy). Shambles, on the day i requested delivery, they couldn't find my address, have refused to leave with a neighbour even though i had the manager add this on my account, twice. didn't call and tried to deliver on days which i wasn't in, even though i put a delivery date on it which they failed to fulfil. Alas my 3 attempts went out the window and now have to collect, again.
